I assigned each article to a student and that student made an oral report to the class and was required to prepare a handout as a study aid. I drew some questions for the exams from the students' presentations. Was surprised at the number of students who read many articles NOT assinged to them. ADS members don't get a discount because MLA has an elitist policy that allows absolutely no recognition of other societies, even those (like ADS) which have been around since Moses was a child (1889).
