Subject: minute rice second



Someone on another list used a time-phrase new to me:



Tell me where it can be found and I'll transfer my

    membership in a minute rice second.



I have previously known and used the phrases "Texas time" ("and [took] my

Texas time doing it") and "New York minute," but this one is new to me.

My correspondent thinks he picked it spending childhood summers in N.C.

Do others know it?
