I don't think so. I've heard the term Internaut used simply as a substitue for

netsurfer, netizen, cybernaut, i.e. a dedicated Net user. [Internaut,

cybernaut, and netizen are all in the Microsoft Computer Dictionary, 3rd

Edition, BTW.]
