Twenty to and twenty past sound OK to me. But we also have twenty after,

and twenty to alternates with twenty till along regional lines. In

my part of the contry (Illinois) we have both of the later, since we live

in a transitional area. So I, at least, would be reluctant to say there's

a U.S. norm.
