Just to round out the survey on -ically,

In my dialect (London area of England) the schwa is practic'ly never
pronounced. I would say that in "accidentally" the schwa is sometimes
pronounced, and in "confidentially" it's always pronounced (for fairly
obvious reasons).

Probably to find English speakers who regularly pronounced the schwa in
the -ically words you'd have to go to bilingual Wales, or the Caribbean,
or to India - that's my guess, any way.

Re: dictionaries: The Collins Spanish (-English ) Dictionary gives the
schwa-less form as the only pronunciation for "practically" but the
scwa-full form only for "specifically", "tragically", "economically"...
